Very much in demand these days is Project
Management Awareness Training. This helps people who work with Project Managers, either as
their manager, as a peer, as a colleague or as a resource assigned to the
project to understand the processes, methodology and approach. The training is designed to help non-project managers understand why project managers
do what they do, the importance of planning, the need for defined objectives, controlled
scope, time & cost, and what to do about quality, risk and resources.
This will not make them Project Managers, but should give a clear understanding of the process
and set them up to support projects much better. Sessions aimed at resources, managers
and executives have been designed. |
