Executive Summary

Project Management Expert and Consultant

A passionate, practical, resourceful project management expert.  Recognized as an authority in project management circles and a frequent speaker on the subject at conferences around the world.  Best utilized with complex projects or programs with cross-functional diversity within an organization.  Will work at the C-Suite or senior executive level to deliver objectively against the “bigger picture” and determined strategic direction.

A straightforward speaker always focused on the organization and its objective.  The direction and purpose is assured and maintained; issues identified and resolved before becoming project or corporate roadblocks.  At the higher levels in the organization able through self-empowerment to do the best for that organization; report the results, solutions, what needs to be done and deliver successful outcomes.  Get things done (GTD).

An outstanding record of accomplishment for delivering results, benefits and to expectations across the many sectors of the market place.  Working at both the operational level as well as the strategic.  Align projects to corporate goals.  Bring people together in a cross-functional or matrix organization.  Implement change management, process improvements, identify and manage risks, and maintain costs, scope and schedules within acceptable process indicators.

A Project Management Consultant with a positive and confident attitude, a skill set that goes beyond just project management, and an overall desire to have satisfied clients as well as to enjoy assignments.  This can be challenging and the approach is to look at the challenges philosophically with my favorite catch phrase:

“IF THIS WAS EASY SOMEONE ELSE WOULD BE DOING IT”™
